We endeavour to keep workers consistent and reliable; however users of the service should be aware that employees are legally entitled to 5.6 weeks holidays per year and entitled to 2 days off per week. In the case of sickness or in the case of an unforeseen circumstance another worker will be assigned to take over and you will be informed of any changes.
Users of the service are entitled to receive their service on time; however you should be aware that hold ups do occur from time to time and if the worker has not arrived within 30 minutes of the allotted time then we ask that you call this office so that we may investigate.
Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 however if you need to contact us after this time we operate an out of hours service which is manned by a qualified member of staff who will be able to offer advice and support by ringing 01525 404 950, if the line is engaged you may leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.
